Sue Thatcher, RN – Lead instructor

Hi, I’m Sue Thatcher and have been practicing as a RN for 25 years holding Illinois and Arizona licenses and current AHA ACLS. Working currently in a specialty physician’s office but previously worked in long term care as a rehabilitation nurse the majority of the time. A large part of my work included teaching patients, families and staff to assist residents safely. I am also an Illinois licensed Auctioneer and work with my husband in his auction company. I have been in a teaching role as long as I can remember including being paid staff for the Girl Scouts, which I was a member of for over 25 years. I ride a Honda Shadow 1100 and have been riding my own for 4 years. I ride with Women on Wheels, Southern Cruisers and Rescue Riders.
