My name is Sylvia Hill. I began riding in the early 90’s.Motorcycle safety & emergency response are very important to me. I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner in Jacksonville , Florida with over 20 years in health care working in ambulances, medivac, trauma/emergency rooms as an EMT, Paramedic, then RN, & now work in primary care as an NP. In the Army, I served as a Medic & Flight Medic. I have been teaching Red Cross & American Heart Association classes to include Basic & Advanced Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Community First Aid, Disaster Preparedness, & may other classes. I periodically train EMTs, Paramedics, Nursing & Nurse Practitioners and precept NP students. Some of my other interests are surfing, swimming, traveling, riding & just about anything else I can do outdoors.
