Gerald Sloan, NREMT- ASM Lead Instructor

Gerald has been involved with EMS on some level since 1990. He is currently a certified instructor through the National Safety Council (NSC) and the Emergency Care & Safety Institute (ECSI). He teaches CPR, First aid and Emergency Medical Responder (EMR); formerly known as D.O.T. First Responder, to his co-workers and church family. Gerald has a bachelor’s degree in Emergency Services Management and enjoys spending time (when he can find it) on an ambulance responding to calls for service. Gerald purchased his first motorcycle, a 2007 Suzuki Boulevard C50, in 2007 and has been riding ever since. In 2010, Gerald decided to get a big boy’s bike and purchased his second motorcycle, a 2009 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Classic. The furthest he has ridden on the hog thus far is from Anderson South Carolina to Bay St. Louis in Mississippi, about 545 miles one way. He is always looking for opportunities and the time to put a few more miles and states behind him. To contact Gerald, CLICK HERE
