Project Guardians Announcement

Project Guardians Build Timeline Extended to Deliver an Even Greater Impact in 2027

STURGIS, SD – Project Guardians has announced an adjustment to the timeline of its community, custom motorcycle build, with the official reveal now scheduled for 2027.

This decision allows the team additional time to further develop the custom elements, refine the artistic details, and ensure every aspect of the build fully reflects the vision and purpose behind the project.

“From the beginning, this project has been about more than just building a motorcycle,” said Vicki Roberts Sanfelipo, Executive Director of Road Guardians. “Taking the time to get the details right ensures the final result truly represents the mission and dedicated community behind it.”

All key partnerships remain strong and unchanged. The builder, title sponsor, featured artist, the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame, and Road Guardians continue to work collaboratively toward bringing this unique build to life.

“We are excited to see how this project continues to grow and evolve. It shows the dedication to the quality of the project and the faithfulness to the mission for all involved. We can’t wait to see what else is in store for us this year.” Heidi Haro, Executive Director of Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame.

Project Guardians is rooted in advancing motorcycle safety, education, history, and awareness. It reflects a shared commitment to rider advocacy and protection— standing up for motorcyclists, elevating awareness, and strengthening the community both on and off the road. Extending the timeline provides the opportunity to strengthen those elements within the build, creating a more meaningful and impactful final result.

“This project represents the heart of our work at Biker Wolfpack Law-advocacy, safety, and standing with riders,” said Glen Larson, title sponsor of Project Guardians. “Working alongside Road Guardians and Sturgis Museum, we believe extending the timeline allows us to deliver a build that truly reflects and serves the motorcycle community.”

Ticket sales for the 2027 Drawing will begin in February 2027. For those that already bought raffle tickets, the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum and Hall of Fame will be reaching out to you next week.

The Project Guardians team looks forward to sharing more progress along the way as anticipation builds toward the 2027 reveal.
