Terms & Conditions 

Pre-payment for class is required. Your spot in the class is not reserved until payment is received. If you need help with registration, call 262-706-3278.

Cancellation Policy 

If we cancel:

• A full refund will be issued if we cancel for any reason.

• You may choose to transfer to another class with no fee.

• A $10.00 cancellation fee will be issued if you cancel up to two weeks (14+ days) before the class for any reason.
• A $20.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations occurring within two weeks (14 days) of the class date.
• There is no refund or future credit for no-shows or cancellations made within 5 days of the class; however, your ticket is 100% transferable to another student at no fee.
• Exception: DOT grant-funded classes: No refund. 100% transferrable to another class or another student if notified at least 10 days before the class.

Privacy Policy 

We respect your privacy. We (Road Guardians) will not share or sell your information with anyone who is not directly involved in our classes. We will, however, add your name to our monthly Road Guardians e-news and follow-up class emails, which you may opt out of at any time.
