Build.Train.Race
Hannah Stockton is an ASM Lead Instructor located in Kansas City, MO. She understands both the thrill of the ride and the need to be prepared at all levels. Hannah is an ICU Registered Nurse at one of the larger area hospitals in her area. While in nursing school, she worked as a nurse intern for a year and a half, primarily on a Medical Oncology floor. She also worked frequently in other areas such as telemetry, surgical ortho, inpatient rehabilitation, and a progressive care unit. Hannah has cared for many motorcycle crash victims on both ends of the spectrum in terms of severity of injuries. That has not stopped her from pursuing a hobby she loves, racing.
Hannah bought her first motorcycle in 2019, a 2017 ninja 300 for the street. She had been wanting to participate in track days so she picked up a second ninja 300 to be her dedicated track bike. Little did she know that she would be presented with the opportunity to compete in the Build. Train. Race. competition this year sponsored by Royal Enfield. Fifteen women were selected in 2022 to build a race bike from a donated Royal Enfield. They will be competing in 6 road races throughout the country with Moto America. Hannah is currently building her race bike which requires that she remove and replace many parts such as brakes, exhaust, forks and purchase items such as tire warmers, race gear, and much more. Phase two: Train begins May 7th & 8th at Barber in Birmingham, AL so the clock is ticking. A 2nd training session will occur between that date and her first race that will be in Alton Virginia May 20-22.
We encourage anyone who would like to be part of Hannah’s adventure and experience the Build.Train.Race competition to Take a look at Hannah’s presentation and consider helping her out. She is going to have her hands full trying to Work.Build.Train.Race!
