Reading, PA – Dale (“Trail”) has lived a life of public service. He started as a police officer in 1994. He works in the traffic unit and motor-patrol for the City of Reading, PA, police department. He is a Tactical Medical instructor and an emergency vehicle operations control instructor. He started riding at 8 years old and has passed his passion on to his son. His love for riding and his commitment to life long learning has caused him to create his own motorcycle training company, Pro-Rider Philadelphia, He is a certified Motorcycle Safety Foundation RiderCoach. He has been teaching motorcycle safety courses in Pennsylvania since 1992. He is a black belt in karate, and kobudo. He also teaches women’s self-defense courses. Dale says, “I have seen too many motorcycle crashes and injuries that could have been avoided or the outcomes made better with quick, proper First Response training. I want to pass on the tools and skills to make riders safer and better at what they do.
