Vicki is the founder of ASM and co-founder of Road Guardians. She is the Author of the ASM programs. She developed this organization in 1996 and gave up her nursing job as Educator of Surgical Services to volunteer full-time for ASM in 2010. Vicki continues to direct the ASM organization, concentrating her efforts on training more instructors and reaching out to partners in motorcycle safety.  Vicki was inducted into the Sturgis Hall of Fame in 2020 for developing the world’s largest and most recognized Motorcycle Trauma Training Organization. After 28 years of service, she has not slowed down and has aspirations to bring ASM training to anyone willing to take Bystander Training and learn how to help others. Vicki’s travel schedule doesn’t always allow her to be in the office but she is available by email at vicki at roadguardians.org.
